Earlier this week, I had the opportunity to visit IIM Calcutta for some work and I made sure not to miss the chance to set foot in the hallowed precincts of the renowned Management Centre for Human Values (MCHV). Established in 1992 by the Late S.K. Chakraborty, under the guidance of Dr. Subir Chowdhury, who was the Director at the time, MCHV is widely regarded as the epicenter of the Indian management movement. The Centre is dedicated to the influential ideals of four great figures from a golden decade: Rabindranath Tagore, Swami Vivekananda, Mahatma Gandhi, and Sri Aurobindo. Additionally, MCHV has played a significant role in inspiring my journey as the founder of Truepath Learning and also shaping my worldview as a trainer
On April 15th, an intense 3-Day Workshop on 'Values Driven Leadership' was concluded for the first batch of 'Culture Navigators' who are in the vanguard of the cultural transformation project at Elecon Engineering, India's largest industrial gearbox and material handling equipment manufacturer in Anand, Gujarat.
On March 6, 2026 Truepath Learning conducted a 1-day workshop on 'Managerial Effectiveness: An Inside-out Perspective' for the working professionals in association with Ahmedabad Management Association.
Concluded the last Workshop on February 14, 2026 in a series of three with the senior leadership team of State Bank India, India's oldest and largest commercial bank in New Town, Kolkata. Spontaneous feedback in Post-its by the participants has also been captured.
